Full Biography
Sharif Dyson is a systems builder and founder of SPLURJJ, a culture and technology platform that began in the early internet era and evolved into an ecosystem for intentional living.
Before platforms and publications, Dyson lived inside survival-driven environments while attending school near MIT — spending long nights in the MIT radio station and sitting across from the harbor imagining a different future. Over the years, he has quietly mentored individuals who later built multi-million-dollar businesses by teaching one principle: when systems deny you, you design another.
His work is rooted in discipline, structure, and earned clarity — not motivation.
The Philosophy
Over more than a decade, Dyson developed the philosophy behind Goals: The Definition of Determination, drawing from lived experience across survival economies, corporate IT, skilled trades, entrepreneurship, creative work, incarceration and reintegration, and personal reconstruction.
The Work
That belief now anchors the Splurjj Ecosystem, including Ooki Music, a songwriter-first platform designed to give creators autonomy in a new technological era. Dyson's work is not about erasing the past, glamorizing struggle, or selling shortcuts.
It is about sovereignty — teaching people how to pursue happiness through structure, clarity, and self-authored systems when no one is coming to save them.
Across platforms, mentorship, and now writing, Sharif Dyson's message is consistent and earned: mastery is constructed quietly, long before it is ever recognized publicly.
GOALS: The Book
GOALS distills those lessons into a blueprint for disciplined living — practical, grounded, and designed to be applied immediately. It is not a memoir. It's a reference. A system built to be used, returned to, and built upon. Launching as the foundational volume of a larger system.
"When motivation fails, discipline steps in."
That sentence is not branding. It's the foundation.
